Return & Refund Policy
FLAMEZ BY SAGE wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should your products be received damaged or unusable, please contact us by email at flamezbysage@gmail.com. Emails are always getting checked between times 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST. We usually respond within 1-2 business days and you will be instructed on how to return your purchase.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning a product. It is the customer's responsibility to return the items to FLAMEZ BY SAGE.
FULL REFUND, you must return your purchase within 10 days of the delivery date. Your purchase must be returned in new condition (wood not wet and clear cap still inserted) with everything that came with the purchase. A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
