Emails are always getting checked between times 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST. We usually respond within 1-2 business days and you will be instructed on how to return your purchase.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning a product. It is the customer's responsibility to return the items to FLAMEZ BY SAGE.
